Strategic Report

In the second year at AMFI Business & Development, I dove into the world of a consult. I had to make a Situation Analysis of a given company, where I worked on the internal and external analysis to come to a concluding SWOT analysis. Continued on this research, I've made a Strategic Position. The second chapter of the strategic advice report is to present and defend the future business models, implementations and supply wheels to determine and defend long-term (2030) strategic goals for the given company (PRADA). To, in the end, give a well-quantified Strategic Advice Report. (All the pictures used are self-made or from Prada).
