For an old school project I had to make a self-made clothing item with a background story. I've researched 'Wabi Sabi' with the research of the book Wabi Sabi by Beth Kempton and her experience. Of this research, I had my own idea of Wabi Sabi and made a top from used tablecloth. It is about finding beauty in simplicity. With the passage of time. How aging changes the visual nature of things. "It's not so much about 'what' we see, but 'how' we see." For me, the tablecloth takes with it many special memories, this is my perspective of passage of time.
